Performance Gems - $75
Our flagship online program — Performance Gems is a 10-week training program that delivers insane speed, crazy bounce and brute strength for basketball players. Derived from our in-person pro basketball training programs, this 10-week journey will take you through 3 phases — force, power and velocity — helping you maximize your physical outputs remotely so you can get the same results we get here in Indianapolis! Mobility Gems - $60
Tired of those achy knees, stiff hips and locked up ankles? Let us help you! Mobility Gems is a 12-week mobility calendar designed to help alleviate common nagging injuries that basketball players often suffer from. We address everything from the ground up. Starting with foot & ankle health, working into the knees, hips, torso and shoulders. Film Study Gems
Watching film is one of the best ways to improve your game, but unfortunately most athletes don’t know HOW to watch film. Film Study Gems is a 30-minute pre-recorded webinar breaking down the art of film study from the lens of a performance coach. We won’t get much into the X’s and O’s of the game, but instead we look at movement strategies, body positions, decision making and more outside-the-box film study tactics that will help you elevate your game and get more out of every film session! The Coaching+ program is for the most dedicated and hungry athletes out there. This plan includes everything the Coaching plan has, PLUS we take care of your basketball training as well. From drills, to film study to mechanics breakdowns, the Coaching+ program is the ultimate 1-on-1 remote basketball development plan on & off the court.
